  • Grapes: Syrah 80%, Sangiovese 20%
  • Color: Ruby red with violet reflections
  • On the nose: Persistent with hints of red berries and black pepper
  • Palate: Full-bodied with soft tannins.
  • Vinification and refinement: Manual harvesting.
    Vinification in steel at controlled temperature with short maceration on the skins.
    Aging in oak barrels for three months.
  • Consumed: Over 5-6 years
  • Serving Temperature: 18-20°C
  • Pairing: From embers to cooking in stews, passing through the stew. Also excellent with aged cheeses and cured meats.
