Vinification and refinement: Fermentation in steel with pumping over in the open air and cold short maceration on the skin. Aging 20 months in oak barrels.
Consumed: This is a wine lend itself to an aging in the medium to long term.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Better enjoyed with complex plate, like stewed dishes and stews, tastier especially to accompany meat and game.
