Color: Intense ruby-red with fine garnet shades.
On the nose: Persistent with hints of red fruits and tipical spice of the aging in amphoras.
Palate: full and balanced with soft and well-blended tannins. Finish is balsamic with notes of red fruit.
Vinification and refinement:Fermentation in steel with pumping over in the open air and long maceration on the skin at controlled temperature. Aging about nine months in terracotta amphorae.
Consumed in: This is a wine lend itself to an aging in the medium to long term.
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Dishes of a certain calibre and aged cheese. First courses with meat sauces olso wild game plate.
