Red wine coming from a selection of sangiovese grapes hand picked in small cases and then delivered to the winery and gently destemmed and crushed.
Aged 20 months in barrels, it is distinguished by the classic Chianti aromas of violet, red fruit and spices.
Smooth in the mouth, this is a wine with medium freshness, nervous tannins in the mid palate with a pleasant, long-lasting aromatic finish. The end is balmy and firm with notes of red fruit.
